At Laddaha, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process:
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your return package.
Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
- Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
